At EVP Dental, we’ve partnered with a number of private health insurance companies to help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. We know that dental treatment can be expensive and we’re determined to make sure that cost doesn’t get in the way of your essential dental care.

As a Bupa Members First Platinum provider, when you choose our dental clinic, you can reduce the out of pocket expense for your treatment whilst still receiving the same high level of care from our team of highly trained and experienced dentists.

Regular dental check-ups and preventative dental care are essential for not only maintaining good oral health, but your overall health as well. Pay nothing for dental check-ups with Bupa

As a Members First Ultimate dentist in Perth, Bupa members with combined hospital and extras cover can get back up to two 6 monthly dental check-up and cleans (select dental items only) per person, plus 100% back on General Dental fillings up to yearly limits. To receive Bupa Members First Ultimate benefits, you will need hospital cover with Extras that includes general dental. Waiting periods, service restrictions (clinical reasonability rules), policy and fund rules apply. Excludes orthodontics and in-hospital treatments. Available on all eligible extras products which includes General Dental. If you choose or require any additional dental services, health insurance benefits will also be subject to your yearly limits. You can receive 100% back on direct restorations or fillings (select dental items only), up to yearly limits. Some out of pocket costs may apply if a claim exceeds your yearly limits. Excludes orthodontics and in-hospital treatments.  If you choose or require any additional dental services, an out-of-pocket cost may apply. Please check your individual policy entitlements with Bupa Health Insurance.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule

If your child is eligible for $1000 worth of basic dental services under the CDBS initiative, call EVP Dental (08) 9470 3944 to book your child in for dental treatment.

The CDBS provides individual benefits for a range of services including examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals and extractions. Benefits are not available for orthodontic or cosmetic dental treatment and cannot be paid for any services provided in a hospital. The total benefit entitlement will be capped at $1000 per child over a two-year period, however eligibility will need to be determined.

To ensure that all eligible children can use their CDBS entitled benefits, make sure that your details are up to date with Medicare and Centrelink and when booking an appointment at EVP Dental ensure that you inform our friendly reception staff. You will need to bring the Medicare card to the appointment so that we can process the claim on the day. Medicare can be contacted by calling 132 011.
