Child Dental Benefits Schedule

If your child is eligible for $1000 worth of basic dental services under the CDBS initiative, call EVP Dental (08) 9470 3944 to book your child in for dental treatment.

The CDBS provides individual benefits for a range of services including examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals and extractions. The total benefit entitlement will be capped at $1000 per child over a two-year period, however eligibility will need to be determined.

To ensure that all eligible children can use their CDBS entitled benefits, make sure that your details are up to date with Medicare and Centrelink and when booking an appointment at EVP Dental ensure that you inform our friendly reception staff. You will need to bring the Medicare card to the appointment so that we can process the claim on the day. Medicare can be contacted by calling 132 011. Centrelink can be contacted on 136 150 for Family Tax Benefits Part A matters. Learn more about the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
