Dr David Norcross graduated from Leeds University (England) in 2006, being awarded with a Bachelor of Dental Science. Dr Norcross became the principal dentist at EVP Dental in 2011. Prior to joining the practice, he spent five years in a general practice in England before relocating to Australia.
Dr Norcross has extensive experience in many areas of dentistry including advanced restorative, aesthetic and implant dentistry.
In 2009, Dr Norcross completed an Advanced Restorative Course at the North of England Dental Academy. Following this, he completed a year-long modular course in Implant Dentistry accredited by the British Academy of Implant Dentistry (BAID) in 2010. More recently in 2013, Dr Norcross completed his Master Clinician in Implant Dentistry Programme gaining certificates from the Global Institute for Dental Education (gIDE) and UCLA.
Dr Norcross has completed clinical residencies at MALO Clinic in Melbourne and Portugal, learning about advanced techniques in All-On-4® full mouth rehabilitation. His implant dentistry experience spans over a decade of patient cases and in 2023 he was awarded the All-On-4® Centre of Excellence by Nobel BioCare, the founder of the All-On-4® concept.
Dr Norcross is a lecturer and mentor for MIS Implants and the Dental Implantology Academy (DIA). He delivers several dental implant training courses and live surgery demonstrations every year for new and emerging dentists, and places over 300 dental implants each year.
Dr Norcross is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (MICOI) and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (MASID).
Extensive training, skills and passion for implant dentistry, coupled with positive patient outcomes has earned Dr Norcross a favourable reputation as one of Perth’s best dentists placing implants.
Priding himself on his gentle approach and excellent patient manner, Dr Norcross is skilled in dealing with even the most nervous dental patients. He wants to make coming to the dentist the most comfortable experience it can be, for every patient he sees. Dr Norcross works closely with Dr Christine Troy offering all forms of dentistry under intravenous sedation. This includes simple and complex dental care for very nervous patients and the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth.
Dr. Norcross also practices at our sister clinics Kelmscott Dental and Mount Lawley Dental. Dr. Norcross also provides consultations for wisdom teeth removal and dental implants out of our dedicated implant clinic, Perth Dental Implant Centre.
Dr Anmol Saxena graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from UWA in 2011 and has been working in private practice ever since. Dr Saxena joined the EVP Dental team in 2015 and has enjoyed performing all aspects of general dentistry.
Dr Saxena has completed several postgraduate training programmes in restorative dentistry, wisdom teeth removal surgery, dental implant treatment and endodontics (root canal therapy).
Dr Saxena has completed dental implant surgery training with MIS Implants and Nobel Biocare, and spent time training under renowned Specialist Prosthodontists, Dr Glen Liddelow and Dr Graham Carmichael. He has completed a year-long Implant Master Clinician programme with the Global Institute of Dental Education (gIDE institute).
He has a special interest in restorative dentistry, wisdom teeth removal and dental implant treatment. Dr Saxena is also a certified Invisalign® provider and enjoys helping patients plan and achieve their desired smile makeovers.
Anmol prides himself on his gentle and caring nature and goes above and beyond to make his patient’s experience as pleasant and anxiety-free as possible. Dr Saxena is also very good with anxious patients and can recommend treatment under happy gas or IV sedation (sleep dentistry).
Anmol is happily married to his lovely wife and has two children. Outside of work, Anmol loves spending time with his family and taking his kids and dog out for walks by the river. He speaks fluent Hindi and also enjoys travelling, reading and watching cricket and the AFL.
Dr Liong Ting graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor's of Dental Science and has completed multiple courses locally and internationally to further his dental knowledge over the years.
As someone who gets nervous going to the dentist himself, Dr. Ting is very understanding of how daunting it can be for some to visit a dentist. He makes it his mission to ensure his patients are comfortable during their dental treatments, and he aims to empower them to keep returning to the dentist.
Dr Ting provides all aspects of dental care with a keen interest in enhancing smiles with minimal intervention, pediatric dentistry and is a certified Invisalign® provider.
Dr Ting also speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. Outside of dentistry, Dr Ting dabbles in photography, succulent growing, badminton and loves to travel.
Dr Guimaraes is originally from Argentina and graduated top of her class in 2008. She worked in private practice in Argentina for 5 years before moving to Australia in 2014. She completed her Australian dental council exams and started working in Perth in 2016.
Dr Guimaraes enjoys and practices all aspects of dentistry but she has a particular interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She believes in the principles of Biomimetic dentistry which is the art and science of restoring damaged teeth with restorations that mimic natural teeth in appearance, function and strength. She is fully committed to her patients to make sure their needs and worries are fully attended.
Outside of dentistry Dr Guimaraes has an interest in travelling, fitness and nutrition and enjoys the simple things in life with her family.
Dr. Chu graduated with Honors from the University of Western Australia in 2011 and enjoyed practicing in a rural Tasmanian community for two years prior to relocating back to Perth. He is a great believer in minimally invasive and preventive dentistry and seeks the best outcome for patients at all times through effective communication and the latest dental techniques and technology. Dr Chu performs all aspects of general dentistry and has a special interest in root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges and restorative dental care. He prides himself on his gentle and caring nature.
Dr Chu is fluent in Mandarin and his nurse speaks Japanese. Outside of dentistry he enjoys playing soccer, and travelling with friends. Ian is happily married and he and his wife have just welcomed their first child into the world.
Dr Darren Cai completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide and has worked for several clinics across Sydney, Adelaide, and Perth. Dr Cai enjoys all aspects of adult dentistry and has a particular interest in rebuilding teeth to look their best while restoring their function.
Dr Cai is committed to staying current with his professional development and continuously expanding his broad knowledge base. He has completed various restorative courses including Ultimate Aesthetics in Composite Veneers, a Master Aesthetic Veneers Symposium in Melbourne and has completed a basic implantology course at the Dental Implantology Academy (DIA). He is currently preparing to undertake a post graduate diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry at the Australasian College of Dental Practitioners.
In the past, Darren has participated in World Family Volunteering and Vietnam Volunteering, providing services to rural communities in need of dental care.
Darren is a firm believer in delivering exceptional dental care in a gentle, calm, and relaxing environment.
In his personal time, Darren enjoys kickboxing, travelling and cooking up a storm.
Dr Richa Saini graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2009.
Dr Richa practiced at Auckland public hospital gaining invaluable experience in the fields of oral medicine, special needs dentistry and oral surgery. After this time, she relocated to Perth where she has been working in private practice ever since.
With over 10 years’ experience, Richa enjoys performing all aspects of dentistry including root canal therapy, crown and bridge restorations, dental implant restorations and dentures.
Dr Saini is passionate about treating anxious patients and helping them to regain confidence in their oral health. She continually strives to provide the best possible care for patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about treatment according to their needs and budget.
Richa enjoys getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships that enable her patients to achieve their oral health goals.
Outside of dentistry Richa enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and learning about other cultures and trying out new restaurants. Richa also speaks fluent Hindi.
Avery graduated from the prestigious University of Melbourne in 2021 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Avery has recently completed a year-long residency to reinforce his skills and broaden his knowledge in dentistry as part of his commitment to continued education. He is currently studying a postgraduate diploma in orthodontics in both clear aligner therapy and fixed orthodontics.
Avery has worked in both the public and private sector, and after graduation, moved to regional NSW to gain invaluable work experience in the countryside, before electing to move to Perth in 2024 to be closer to family.
Avery performs and enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including root canal therapy, wisdom teeth removal, and restorative work. Avery he particularly loves helping his patients achieve their dream smile, whether that may involve fixed braces, aligners, or cosmetic dentistry. His passion lies in building lifelong relationships with his patients to help them allay any fears of the dentist, and make all visits as enjoyable as they can be.
Outside of work, Avery can be found trying all the restaurants Perth has to offer, baking up a storm in the kitchen (family recipes are welcome!), and training for the next marathon he has his sights on.
Fiona is a qualified Dental Hygienist, having completed her training at Curtin University of Technology in 2010.
Fiona has a vast history of dental experience which spans from working in specialist orthodontic practices, general dental clinics and having served a term as Secretary of the Dental Hygiene Association of WA.
As an active member of the Dental Hygiene Association, registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency, Fiona stays abreast with continued professional development.
Fiona prides herself in offering her patients a genuine and comfortable preventive dental experience. Continually nurturing and building long term patient relationships, and helping anxious patients reach their oral-hygiene goals, are all extremely important to Fiona.
Outside of work, Fiona can be found solo trekking anywhere in one of WA’s nature trails or playing fun-mum and doting on her children.
Adeline completed the Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Newcastle. She has worked in private dental practice since 2012, with a main focus on preventative dentistry and periodontal health. Adeline is passionate about providing quality comprehensive dental care in a professional, caring and safe manner. She is committed to improving her patient’s oral health and patient centered health care provision. Adeline is gentle, friendly and communicates well with patients and children. She is an active member of the Australian Dental Association, Dental Hygiene Association, Oral Health Therapist Association of Australia and is registered with the Dental Board of Australia.
Keryn graduated from Curtin University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Therapy; being both qualified as dental hygienist and therapist. She is very passionate about preventing tooth decay, periodontal disease and educating all her patients on good oral hygiene habits. Keryn has a real passion for educating younger children on good oral health habits and often attends primary schools to give dental talks. Keryn herself suffers from dental anxiety so understands treating the whole patient rather than just their condition.
Keryn's most prized possession is her dog named Growl and if asked about him will talk your ear off! In her spare time, she can be found jet-setting over to her family in Melbourne or other very exciting places around the world. She is also a sporting fanatic, being a die-hard Richmond Tigers supporter.
Carmen has worked in dental reception since 2016, starting in Bunbury and then moving to Perth to work at EVP Dental in 2020. Carmen earned her promotion to Team Leader at sister practice, Mount Lawley Dental in early 2022 before stepping into the Practice Manager role in September 2022. In January 2024, Carmen took on the Practice Manager role at EVP Dental.
A recent Communications graduate from Curtin University, Carmen is excited to soon be commencing her undergraduate degree in business management.
Carmen enjoys getting to know patients and helping them to complete their treatment. She particularly enjoys helping nervous patients and young children, and is keen to break the stigma behind the dental care industry. Carmen prides herself on being patient, gentle and caring.
In her spare time, Carmen is building upon her AUSLAN skills (signing and fingerspelling), swimming at the beach, reading, geocaching and playing golf.
Camille graduated in 2007 from Durham University in England with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Anthropology (a niche degree which studies human behavior and where humans evolved from).
After graduating, Camille travelled and worked in marketing for 6 years before making her dream of moving to Australia, a reality.
Camille began working as Practice Manager for EVP Dental in 2015 and in 2023 became the Operations Manager across EVP Dental and sister clinics, Kelmscott Dental and Mount Lawley Dental. Her role involves managing and developing teams to provide high quality dental services in a place that is both friendly and enjoyable to visit and work. Camille works closely with Dr David Norcross, the Head Dentist, as well as Practice Managers from each of the sister clinics, to ensure all teams are well trained and provide the best possible care to patients.
In Camille’s personal life she enjoys being active outside; swimming is a passion of hers and often takes part in Open Water Swims in the summer as well as cycling. She loves hanging out with friends and exploring new places.
Sara began working as Head Nurse at our sister practice Kelmscott Dental in 2017, before being promoted to Clinical Coordinator and then Clinical Manager across our three practices.
Gaining dental experience since 2011, Sara has extensive knowledge in the fields of implant and oral surgery. She works alongside Dr David Norcross, heading up dental photography and managing all clinical needs including the coordination and management of all stock and surgical equipment.
Sara runs the clinical training and development of staff in assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring the teams operate within QIP accreditation guidelines and protocols and provides ongoing mentoring and training to staff.
Sara lectures, coordinates and assists across MIS implant training courses run by Dr David Norcross for the Dental Implantology Academy (DIA).
Out of surgery, Sara works closely with the management team to develop and implement new clinical policies and procedures. She is also the Assistant Project Manager when it comes to the group’s surgery expansions and relocations.
When Sara is not working, she enjoys living the country life with her fiancé, horse and two dogs.

Gwen has applied a multi-disciplinary approach to her education, having completed certificates in community services, pathology, nursing and is currently completing a Certificate 3 in Dental Assistance.
Gwen has worked extensively in disability support in the past, gaining invaluable experience and skills in patient care. As someone who used to be dental phobic, she is committed to making sure every patient enjoys relaxed and comfortable experience.
Gwen’s frontline role as 2IC to the practice manager facilitates practice support to the management and reception teams and patient care alongside the clinical team.
Away from work, Gwen enjoys museums, art galleries, reading and dining out. She is an enthusiastic Dungeons and Dragons gamer and enjoys spending time with her partner and dogs.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $60. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Many of the dentists at EVP Dental have graduated from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in Perth, with some graduating interstate or overseas, before completing their Australian Dental Council exams and becoming registered dental practitioners in Australia.

If your treatment plan includes removable dentures, you’ll be working with resident prosthetist, Donagh.
For nervous patients, Dr Anmol Saxena can provide treatment using inhalation sedation (happy gas) at the practice. Alternatively, many of our dentists can provide treatment using sleep dentistry (IV sedation) in the chair or general anaesthesia in day surgery with the assistance of a qualified GP anaesthetist.
All of our dentists have experience treating children and many are certified Invisalign® providers and are able to provide teeth straightening treatment.
